Instructions for Use disposable Electrosurgical Grounding Pad
The Pad is intended for use by qualified person only.
Check the package pouch is intact, if not, please dispose it properly.
Application area on the patient skin should be dry and cleaned.
Do not apply the plate to wounds and other skin cuts in order to prevent electric leakage.
The pad should be stuck on patient skin with full contact and withour any wrinkle.
Make sure the power of ESU Generator is off when sticking the Plate on patient.
After surgery, turn off the ESU Generator and remove the Pad from patient carefully and slowly.
Discard the Pad after use.
Precautions
Improper use can cause electrosurgical burns or pressure necroses.
For patient safety, follow all of the instructions for safe use.
The product should be restricted to be ordered by experienced person or physician.
Do not reuse the pay. Do not add electroconductive gel.
