The heart is a three-dimensional structure, in order to react to different surfaces of the heart's electrical activity, placing electrodes in different parts of the body to record and react to the electrical activity of the heart. The placement of the heart electrode is the following table. During routine electrocardiogram examination, 4 limb guided electrodes and V1~V66 chest lead electrodes were usually placed, recording routine 12-lead ECG.
